“I have a lot of personal interests and commitments outside of work, and I was concerned that entering the demanding recruitment industry would mean they were cast aside. One of these is being a Trustee and Ambassador for Endometriosis UK, based in London. Oscar knew how important this was for me, and helped me to maintain my commitments by being flexible, understanding and encouraging of my work. I’ve since been able to continue attending meetings and give talks/interviews in core hours if necessary. This has helped me to maintain a happy and healthy work-life balance, and acted as a further motivator to buy into the company and keep progressing within it.”
