Enterprise Account Executive - 100% remote, based in central, mountain or pacific time zones

Person requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience of the following

- proven track record in achieving $1.2m+ in annual net new business revenue selling a SaaS product as an account executive

- selling average deal sizes of $80k+

- used to dealing with large enterprise customers $1bn + in customer revenue size

- no more than two different employers in the last 5 years

- experience and appetite for new business hunting (minimum 80% new business vs account management in last 5 years)

The role:

- Working as an account executive selling an AI platform solution which enables users to establish their identity remotely to protect against fraud

- Selling identity verification & anti-money laundering (AML) solutions

- Selling to $1bn+ sized revenue customers

- Full cycle sales role, building pipeline, conducting demonstrations and closing the deals

- Average sales cycle 6-12 months - some complex, multi-level client contacts

- Average deal sizes $100k, but can be as high as $1m

- Quota after ramp up $1.5m-$2m

- 'Mature' startup, with solid operational foundations, flexible cash flow, and stable, in high growth mode

- Inbound leads provided from SDR team, but also required to self generate leads and cold calls

Compensation & benefits:

- $120k-$150k base salary, OTE $240k-$300k uncapped

- Work from home allowance $250 per month

- $50 per month gym allowance

- 3 stage; Account Director, Vice President Sales, final panel presentation possible
