The Roles:

As a Foreman, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations on utility installation projects, such as water, sewer, and stormwater systems.
• Leading and coordinating the workforce, including laborers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of safety on-site.
• Managing resources, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Communicating regularly with project managers and clients to keep everyone aligned and informed.

If you're ready to take the next step into a Superintendent role, you'll also be responsible for:

• Leading multiple crews and managing larger, more complex projects.
