Formwork Solutions Account Manager - New York City Territory - Building and Construction
Job Description:
- Manage financial, technical, legal, commercial, and logistical issues with client
- Ensure coordination between internal services in order to meet the client's demands
- Attend regular meetings with the client to maintain good relations
- Identify necessary measures to increase sales performance
- Ensure proper use of products on site with a special focus on safety
- Report progress of projects, the relations with clients, and also the development of follow-up projects on a regular basis to Management
- Continue to grow your sales territory with knowledge of the surrounding market
- Participate in professional trade events (trade fairs, presentations, etc.) as requested by Management
Formwork Solutions Account Manager - New York City Territory - Building and Construction
Job Requirements:
- Experience in sales or general management in the construction industry or affiliated industries; formwork/scaffolding industry experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Qualifications in negotiating
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- General understanding of engineering requirements related to the formwork & scaffold industry
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel 70% or more of the time
