Formwork Solutions Account Manager - New York City Territory - Building and Construction

Job Description:

  • Manage financial, technical, legal, commercial, and logistical issues with client
  • Ensure coordination between internal services in order to meet the client's demands and PERI's quality standards
  • Attend regular meetings with the client to maintain good relations
  • Identify necessary measures to increase sales performance
  • Ensure proper use of products on site with a special focus on safety
  • Report progress of projects, the relations with clients, and also the development of follow-up projects on a regular basis to Management
  • Continue to grow your sales territory with knowledge of the surrounding market
  • Participate in professional trade events (trade fairs, presentations, etc.) as requested by Management

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or general management in the construction industry or affiliated industries; formwork/scaffolding industry experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Qualifications in negotiating
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • General understanding of engineering requirements related to the formwork & scaffold industry
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel 70% or more of the time
