The Role
As a General Superintendent, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations on construction sites for infrastructure projects, including roadways, bridges, and utility installations.
• Leading and coordinating the on-site workforce, including laborers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company procedures.
• Managing schedules, resource allocation, and ensuring that projects meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Communicating regularly with project managers, clients, and field teams to ensure all parties are aligned.
• Ensure proper material and equipment utilization to minimize downtime and maintain project efficiency.

Required Experience:

• Proven success managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
• OSHA certifications and valid driver's license (required).
