The Role

As a General Superintendent, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily construction site operations for projects such as roadways, bridges, and utility installations.
• Leading and coordinating the on-site workforce, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure timely and on-budget project completion.
• Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company procedures.
• Managing schedules, resource allocation, and overall project efficiency to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and field teams to align on project goals.
• Ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with project specifications.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in managing projects from start to finish with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• OSHA certifications and a valid driver’s license (required).
