Our client is an industry leader in the construction services market. Partnering with general contractors and concrete contractors to offer services including soil treatments and concrete recycling. They truly believe in relationship based selling and need to add an additional sales representative due to their growth.
- Drive high-impact outbound outreach to customers in the building industry
- Identify, evaluate and qualify opportunities to build relationships and set up appointments to develop these relationships into sales opportunities
- Bring new ideas of improvements to business practices while demonstrating their core values
- Be open to career advancement as they promote from within and invest back in their employees
- Experience selling in the construction industry, or another relationship based sales environment
- Hunter mentality that is used to a long sales cycle and maintaining accounts for long term relationships
- High motivated self-starter who takes initiative and can develop a business plan to ensure territory success
- Bachelors degree within a technical or business discipline
The successful candidate will be given an industry leading base salary plus a commission plan based on total project value. Additionally this is a high growth opportunity and they are committed to creating opportunities for their employees.
