Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Collaborate with project teams to develop schedules, budgets, and plans. Coordinate material procurement and services to ensure seamless project execution.
• Technical Support: Review and interpret engineering drawings, provide on-site technical solutions, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor work processes, conduct inspections, and address discrepancies to meet quality and performance standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, environmental standards, and job site regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Budget & Cost Control: Assist in managing project budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Field Supervision: Support on-site teams, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects stay on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, particularly highway, bridge, or road projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost management.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA or similar safety certification is a plus.
