If you join Oscar Construction without previous experience of the recruitment industry, you will enrol into our School of Excellence, a leading-edge programme designed to develop consultants who can add value to our business. It covers the full recruitment spectrum and is delivered in-house by a combination of our Training Manager, Directors and senior staff to ensure that you achieve maximum engagement that’s in line with your goals.
All of our programme modules consist of three key components:
Theory. Not just how we do what we do, but why.
Closed practice. A chance to test your knowledge with a quiz or a roleplay with colleagues in a safe and constructive in-house environment.
Practical application. Delivering the skill-set to the real world, with a manager by your side for help and the ability to listen to more established peers in action.
