Multifamily Superintendent

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to oversee ground-up residential construction projects in the San Antonio market. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who can manage daily field operations, ensure schedules and budgets are met, and deliver high-quality projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities for multifamily projects (garden, wrap, or podium)

• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain schedules and budgets

• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies

• Maintain accurate project documentation, daily logs, and progress reports

• Collaborate with Project Managers, owners, and inspectors to achieve successful outcomes

• Oversee quality control and ensure work is completed to specification

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction

• Proven track record with ground-up projects, ideally garden-style, wrap, or podium

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety standards

• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, etc.)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• OSHA certification preferred
