Senior Workday HRIS Analyst | $91K-$136K | Remote/Hybrid (CA or WA)

We're partnering with a leading real estate & investment organization to find a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst who's passionate about optimizing and enhancing Workday HCM systems.

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for Workday HCM and related modules (Recruiting, Learning, Talent, Time & Absence). You'll collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT leaders to design, configure, and deliver system improvements that support business growth and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of new Workday features

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions

• Ensure data integrity and compliance across HR systems

• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of system enhancements

What You Bring:

• 4 years of hands-on Workday HRIS experience

• Strong knowledge of HCM modules (Recruiting, Learning, Talent, or Time & Absence)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset

Comp & Perks:
-$95,000-$140,000 base
-Annual bonus eligibility
