We specialize in higher education and healthcare construction - projects that shape communities and improve lives. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering accurate, competitive estimates for projects up to $25 million and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Prepare detailed cost estimates through all design phases
Analyze drawings, specs, and subcontractor bids
Partner with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate budgets and value-driven solutions
Stay current on market pricing and construction trends
What We're Looking For
10 years of commercial estimating experience
Experience with higher ed and healthcare projects
Strong technical skills (Sage, Bluebeam, OST, or similar)
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
